Studio Fee Outline

Ordinary Fees

– Registration processing fee: $8 dollars, once-a-year. Exception: if a student offboards and re-enrolls again in the same school year.

– Tuition: Monthly subscription payments based on the account holder’s choice of student class duration. Cancel anytime.

Administrative Fees

– A $15 administrative fee applies per account if the student, or their representative, requests a temporary or final hold on their subscription after the auto billing cycle has occurred (always on, or around, the 30th of the month).

– Declined credit card transaction: $15 per failed transaction.

– Delayed payment (after a five day grace period): $15 for the month.

– The studio offers no after-care services. The student must be picked up promptly after their class ends. The AAHP allows a one-time grace of 10 mins. Thereafter, a cumulative fee of $15 applies for any portion of any quarter of an hour, and for each and every case.

Materials Fees

  –  None for students of any age attending live studio, who enjoy unlimited use of professional gear in-house, at no additional cost.

  –  Students attending online can purchase their basic kits for Drawing using our requested gear. Here is the Materials list.

  – Teen students attending the Portfolio Program online or in the live studio build unique constructions (mostly design projects to support the student’s college application to design schools, engineering, medicine, etc, and not necessarily fine art).

      • Teens online will need to use their basic Drawing kit at home.

      • Teens in the studio can use all basic and advanced gear in-house at no additional cost. In either case, parents can expect to spend $10-50 across the school year to purchase materials that their teen’s unique projects may require. The studio can also loan select machinery, instruments, and tools to teens attending online if parents can pick up and drop off the loan. Loans exclude materials that deplete with use, such as paints, glues, etc.

Discounts and Bonus Classes

The AAHP is happy to offer the following to our students:

  1. Child Discount: Accounts for children (ages 7-12) receive a discount of 5% if enrolling in a 1.5 hour weekly class and a 10% discount if enrolling for a 2-hr weekly class.

  2. Family Discount: Two or more family members from the same household registered for the same span of time each receive a 5% discount on each account.

  3. Referral Bonus: a 1-hr free class is our BIG thank you for referring our learning space to another family. This bonus is awarded once the newly referred student enrolls and takes their first three classes.
