As staff can walk to the studio, we never close for blizzards, bomb cyclones, or whatnot, so long as we have heating and lighting. Our premises are always snow plowed, too.

At such times, we remain open to anyone who can get to their appointed class, but only if safely and comfortably!

Otherwise, follow these easy steps:

1. Please mark your absence on your JackRabbit user/parent portal before your class starts, or the system will lock you out.

2. Choose a makeup class time and book your makeup at the same time as you mark your absence. You can also book the makeup at a later time.

3. If you need support with the choice of makeup slot options offered, please contact Assistant Director Ms Rasheeda at art14@artacademynj.com. If the matter is very time-sensitive, please text CI Ana at 732-789-4309 and she will contact Ms Rasheeda for you asap.
